The Vic has been part of the fabric of Tramore life for over 200 years. In fact it shares its birthday with The Old Vic in London, who boast of over ‘200 years of creative adventure’.

We’re not officially a theatre but real life can often surpass art… especially when mixed with alcohol. We try to promote local artists where possible whether at a visual or musical level and sometimes both.

Music has always been an integral part of the magic of the Vic and we would hope to continue this tradition whether it’s a thursday trad sesh, a full rockband on the stage, a Vinyl session in the garden. or a blues club up in the Loft. We also have a huge love of sport. From Rugby to Surfing, Hurling to Racing, The Premiership to the All Ireland.
